5 So Far, SO Good!
Posted by RON MASON on 2022 Jun 14th
I ordered the printer on Wednesday, I had it hooked up and running Friday afternoon. I was wary about the set up after reading some of the reviews. Frankly, it was especially easy to do and have all functions up and running within 30 minutes with a WIFI connection. I have only had the printer for a few days, and so far all I can see is the print quality is a bit light. I'm sure it has to do with some kind of toner saver mode and can be darkened with a quick adjustment. However, it is certainly nothing to pass on this over. I have always gone with Hp printers, but the reviews for most of them were horrible. So far, So good!

5 Brother MFC -L3750CWD Laser Printer
Posted by RCIdaho on 2022 Jun 14th
This is by far the best printer I have ever had, and I have bought a lot of printers over the years. I would never buy another DELL or HP. The only thing you want to watch out for is the "Indian diversion" if you are seeking technical support. It appears that scammers from India hack the Brother website and if you go looking for tech support and call the posted number you will likely be diverted to the Indian tech scammers who will likely gain access to your computer and printer and attempt to bill you $450 to $1600 for eliminating malware and getting your printer running. I did not fall for the scam, but It is easy to see how these criminals can feed on those who think they are talking with Brother Tech Support. If you call a phone number appearing on the Brother site, one would assume that you have reached Brother Support. That may, in fact, not be the case.

5 Great printer, couldn't be happier
Posted by Jay on 2022 Jun 14th
After years of buying cheap laser jet prints I decided to get a laser printer. I wanted the scanner features, color and wifi. This printer came with that. In the 18 months I have had it, the printer has worked great. I love being able to print from anywhere in my house from any of my three computers or phone using the Wifi features. The scanner does a great job and all over Wifi. I can email the scanned item or send it to the cloud or one of my computers. The black ink lasted a tad over a year, the color is still good but getting low. I used a knockoff brand (Valuetoner) instead of the expensive Brother ink and the black cartridge worked well. Haven't had to fax yet using it, but it does have that feature (no more landline). The print also has a copier which works well. Also, it will do two sided copies/printing, which saves paper and looks great. The print has doubled in cost since I got it, but it is well worth it.

5 So far, so good with easy/no trouble set up.

I have been a supporter of Brother for about the last five years. Before that I bought and used only HP printers, but after around 2010, HP printers would inevitably crash out after little over a year. After the third HP printer did this, I decided to try Brother printers. I now have two smaller Brothers that are still working after five years. I was hesitant spending over $300 on a printer, and especially hesitant with a few reviews that had trouble with the MFC-L3750CDW. But so far, after a month of use I am happy with the printer. I was extremely happy with the ease of setup, which was smooth and trouble free. I needed a techie friend to install my large HP T120 and set it up to wireless, but with the Brother, it was simple and I did not need any assistance. I will keep posted in the future regarding the durability and hopefully it will not start giving me problems, but for now, I would recommend to friends and family. Stinky approved!
