    Great workout set.....I've done a lot of fitness DVD workouts but this one meets time restraints and still gives you results! 2 for 1 deal!

    These videos are super awesome. Thank you Shaun for the modification option. I have a knee injury and lower back issues. I wear a knee brace and avoid high impact. I will tell you if you follow the schedules you will see results. I do these videos with my 12 year old son and not only is helping us to stay active and healthy but it helps us to bond. I am 41yrs old and as a mother I appreciate these videos. I love them so much that I am so hipper to do them everyday. I will also say though, respect your body doing the workout so you don't work beyond your limit, and don't be ashamed to modify :)

    I am a 56 year old female couch potato with about 40 lbs to lose. The is a huge disclaimer at the beginning of each DVD warning about the risks that this intensive workout has if you are not already in good physical condition. It may be too much for some. I have only completed the first week but am really liking this set, and, even though it kicks my backside, I look forward to doing the next one. The modifications that are shown are a big help as I have some old knee and ankle injuries and can't do a lot of jumping, plus I am just overall kind of weak. This set is not for the timid, but the 25 minutes does seem to go by quickly. You do one workout each day for 4 days and then two 25 minute workouts on day 5, or do the one on day 5 and one on a "rest" day instead. My only gripe is that the difference between the Base kit + Gamma kit and the "deluxe" version is that you get 2 more resistance bands (3 total) and the mini pad for floor excercise. $67 seems a lot to pay for those additions, although I would say the pad is a necessity for me. I probably could have gotten the bands and a pad for less at the local fitness store, but maybe not; I didn't price it out. The menu and nutrition guide is very helpful for hunger and portion control. I have not purchased the "Shakeology" mix that is advertised heavily and don't intend to.
