Quick fast workout
These work out videos are perfect for when you don't have time to go to the gym and still want a good sweat and burn. I definitely started seeing a difference in my arms after a few weeks of following the program. With not being able to go to the gym now, I have found these videos are a life saver!

Fabulous workout
Fabulous workout! I am a mother of two and love the fact that I can workout regularly in a 30 min time frame. Also the results are amazing! I have increased my muscle mass and overall muscle tone. I feel incredible and stronger. Would recommend to everyone!

excellent results. I absolutely LOVE Insanity
Wow... My knees stop me from doing most of the full impact part of the workout. With that said, I do the modified workout. Outcome = booyeah, excellent results. I absolutely LOVE Insanity. Problem is, it's too long. So I bought T25. No thanks. Did not like it one bit. T25 just didn't give me the "Shaun T Experience" that he brings. I thought I'd give Max: 30 a go. LOVE IT!!!! I brag on it all the time. Again, I have poor knees and I feel as if following the modified version - helps me concentrate way more on form any that is how you get results.

Real Deal, real results.
I cannot say enough good things about this program. Shaun T is the real deal and these workouts are the real deal. No pussy-footing around here! This workout does not require ANY equipment, which is a HUGE benefit in my opinion (by the way, don't think you aren't going to be hurting because of this caveat). The other GREAT thing is that the workouts are obviously all only 30 minutes long. If you're a busy person like me, 30 minutes is so much more doable a lot of days instead of an hour or more. I have done this program 6 or 7 times (lost count) over the last 3 years. I am challenged every time. I see results every time. I am in the best shape ever when it's done every time. Hands down, my favorite workout program of all time and I've done every frecking workout out there - P90x, 21 day fix, Jillian, Cathe, Jari, Taebo... I could go on, but you get the point. All of them are great too and you need variety in life, so this those are what I do on my Insanity breaks. If you are ready to work hard and sweat buckets with no excuses to get some real results, this is for you.
