    Best Program from Jessica Smith!

    This is an excellent buy! Love the variety, love the step portion, love the difficulty level, love the instruction and love Jessica, Debbie and Beth! This workout set is in the same level as Cathe with all of the options it offers. I am so excited to see a step being used. It really brings the heart rate up and tones the body. There are so many workouts you can mix and match and add on. This is one that I will do multiple rounds of. If you are a beginner you may want to start with her other walking programs as this one is advanced. Great instruction and modifications are given so anyone can follow along, but if you are new to exercise you may want to start with a less intense program by Jessica. Her walk strong programs are worth every penny! You will not be disappointed. She has out done herself this time. I can't say enough about these dvds. Buy it you will not regret it.. Best program I have bought in the last 2 years and I have bought a lot.

    I purchased this DVD program 2 weeks ago, and I'm currently starting my second round of it. I am a huge fan of Jessica's workouts and this program surely doesn't disappoint. My fitness level is intermediate to advanced level (I've completed programs such as Body Shred & T25) and I felt like this program was perfect for me. No matter what workout program I do, I always find myself circling back to Jessica's workouts because her style and intensity levels are what I find most enjoyable. I love this program (along with the other Walk Strong programs) because Jessica offers a huge variety of exercises with the perfect blend of intensity levels and workout styles. You'll never get bored with this program. Additionally, there are modifications for higher & lower impact moves. I've decided to turn this into a 16 week program by repeating another round right after I finish the initial 8 weeks. I will most likely increase my weights the second time around. I would recommend turning this into a 16 week program because if you look at the workout calendar, each workout is only performed 3-4 x throughout the entire 8 weeks due to the huge variety of routines. By extending the program, you'll be able to enjoy each workout routine a little more & possibly see better results (if weight loss or toning is your goal). I own so many workout programs from many different fitness trainers and Jessica Smith will always be one of my top favorites. She teaches you that exercise benefits goes way beyond looks and weight loss. With Jessica's programs, I feel motivated to move daily and not just focus on weight loss.

    I love this set

    I love this set, it's a great moderate-to-moderately challenging series that you can make more challenging with the add-ons. Jessica Smith is an excellent instructor as well as being a trainer and it shows as she is very good at reminding viewers how to maintain form, what positions they should be in and these DVDs demonstrate three levels of fitness instruction at once. It's all joint friendly and is working well within lighter weight ranges, so all of the workouts are appropriate for a wide age-range. For all that the exercises are largely low-impact in the different programs, it's plenty challenging. I do a huge variety of workouts and have followed Jessica on FB and youtube for years. I bought these thinking I wouldn't get a lot of use out of them and just trying to support her endeavors, however, I was wrong, these are fun and definitely have a place in my workout routine. The Metabolic Conditioning workout is particularly challenging for higher levels of fitness. There's a lot of variety represented in these workouts so there's something for everyone and despite the name, these are not merely walking workouts.

    Well-rounded DVD collection for home exercisers

    Jessica Smith really hit it with this collection!! There are many types, styles, and lengths of workouts in the Walk Strong 3 collection, to prevent either boredom or over-training. She has excellent cuing and a positive instruction style. You can follow the included calendar/plan if you are a beginner, or if you are more intermediate, you can choose a faster-paced higher intensity workout (i.e. Cardio HIT) when feeling energetic, or a slower-paced, lower intensity workout (i.e. Barefoot Cardio Core) on lower-energy or recovery day. The video quality and production value is top notch (filmed mainly indoors with large windows showing tropical, scenic views, with a few outdoor poolside stretch/yoga ones), the music selections are motivating and up to date and professionally-produced/ similar to the awesome music you find in many Cathe videos. The 15 minute fixes are excellent as well, can be done either as add-ons or as standalone options on a busy day. Overall, I am highly impressed with this collection and I plan to use these DVDs frequently. Happy exercising !!
