Autumn Calabrese is a celebrity fitness trainer, professionally trained dancer, nationally ranked bikini competitor, and working mom. Her breakthrough hit workout 21 Day Fix and follow-up 21 Day Fix Extreme have been Beachbody’s top-selling programs for the past two years, and her FIXATE cookbook has sold more than 350,000 copies.
