Make the change go dewalt
I went from the Matco 16V impact driver to this. Hands down well worth the money. They are small and powerful. You can not beat the price my old set was 500 a piece from Matco this hits just as hard. Can not beat

Plenty of power and great battery life for 1.5's!
The atomic driver and drill combo kit was 100% worth the money! The batteries are low amp hours, but they'll last me about a day (Sometimes even 2 or 3!) from on and off use, so for what I need, I can't complain! They have more than enough power for wood working, I've even taken the lug nuts off my car with the impact driver!

Night and Day
I purchased my last Dewalt drill and driver set over 10 years ago. Finally decided to replace the old faithfuls. Obviously it's an unfair comparison; things have changed so much. These are much more compact, easier to handle, more powerful yet more stable. The 20V is nice and now I have 3 batteries with a dual charger so running out of juice isn't an issue. I use these tools almost daily. Well worth the investment. On top of it, was able to get these at a GREAT price on Amazon on pre order, far below even the discounted price anywhere else.

Great set of Dewalt drills
As always...my batteries, my replacement batteries, for my dewalt 18V set were all starting to die. Not charging or charging and lasting 2 minutes in the drill etc. I wasn't going to spend money on a third pair of batteries when they are pretty old 18V set of drills so I looked for a bargain on a newer set knowing usually a new set with batteries and charger is about the same as just two good batteries. I stumbled across this compact lightweight perfect set complete with drill, Impact, two batteries, charger, and rugged carrying case. So far the I am still on the first charge and first battery using mostly the Impact to break loose a certain bolt on an auto part I work on and rebuild and so far it has done everything I have asked of it and still hasn't required a recharge. I miss my OLD 14V Dewalt, I have been a Dewalt only man since Dewalt 12V, when even loaded with whatever in the chuck the gun would stand upright on it's battery. Finally, this set dose that. I know it's a silly requirement to have for a drill, there are certainly much more important things for an electric cordless drill set to have. But since this checks all the other boxes it's great that they also stand on their batteries, even chucked with a heavy socket. I love the small compact design and they feel great and comfortable to hold and do all I have asked so far.

Great purchase
This was a gift for my Dad. My husband realized my Dad needed a new drill when he was helping my Dad with a project. My Dad really likes it, (to the point he told me he was going to write me a thank-you note, which he has never done for a gift!!

Get it for the drills - buy bigger batteries
This was my first impact driver - I had NO IDEA what I'd been missing. I've used it to drive several large lag screws, and it just keeps going. The batteries are pretty light duty - I bought some aftermarket 6Ah batteries with built in remaining charge indicators - they work great. TIP: The included battery charger requires some force to push the battery all the way onto the charger - it fooled me at first where I thought I was pushing it far enough that the charging would start, but not actually charge. Push just a little harder than you think you should and you'll be good. The driver and impact driver work very well and I couldn't be more thrilled.
