Been using this for about 2 months now. It's heavy! But it is for the big tough work. It has plenty of torque to take off any nut/bolt. Just replaced struts with 125k miles of crud and rust, bottom suspension bolts off with minimum effort! I highly prefer the detent anvil, it holds the sockets firm, and they are not that hard to pull off after use. I have the lighter Dewalt 3/8" impact driver for the basic work. Great combo and I still use the same batteries.

I don't work at a shop, or use this torque wrench on a daily basis, i just bought it because sometimes i do something around the house that requieres torque like this thing provides. The other day my wife came home with a flat tire, and i had the opportunity to test this some more, and i was dissapointed, i spent a lot more time searching on youtube how to unload the spare tire from a 2013 toyota sienna, than i spent taking out the lug nuts, literally, i spend like 3 seconds per lug nut, and they wee all out, effortless, without breaking a sweat. I now cary this wrench along with a dewalt tire inflator with me every time i have to go on a long trip or out of town. Although i have roadside assistance, i prefer to change a flat tire myself in 20 minutes or less with this wrench, than waiting 2 hours for the roadside assistance.

This thing has so much torque, i'm surprised that it doesn't reverse the rotation of the planet.

Very powerful and excellent torque. Make sure you have a torque wrench, and don't over torque lug nuts, especially 1/2" lugs. Sheared one off my little trailer hub. A little bit heavy, but I knew that before buying it. I always take it with me in my truck on trips just in case. If you can use the bigger Flex Volt batteries, it will last all day, of course depends on what job you're doing. Hope this helps anyone considering buying one.

Wow, this is an amazing product. I have more than 4 air impact guns, and this one is by far the more powerful, even when using A high powered 200 psi compressor. We are in construction and have 10 different trailers and on the jobside it is always harder to have a generator, air compressor, long enough right sized air hose impact gun. This tool eleminates all but itself and the impact sockets. Becareful though, I bought the touque limiters and am glad I did, because it has so much touque it would no doubt bend the steel wheel on my dump trailer that has a G rated tire on it. Battery life is Awesome, charged a 3amp hour batt and took off 4 wheels and in stalled 4 more new ones all having 8 lugs each. Then waited 2 weeks with out charging the same battery and then changed another tire and it still had all the power needed! Woth every penny and more, im very happy and will buy again.

I purchased this model to replace a previous Dewily 880 1/2 impact to loosen and remove stock Wheel Lugs on a 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK (midsize SUV) .. The Dewalt 880 could even budge loosening the same lug bolts. Hence I returned it and bought this model .. Mann, what a difference in performance .. those same lugs came off like melting butter with hardly no effort it seemed like .. This baby has the power and is perfectly hefty .. the 880 was more like a toy in my opinion! Hope this helps someone who might be wondering like I was .

I had a less than sufficient compressor for the old pneumatic I had. Got this instead and thought she needed the full juice to take off the rusty nuts. Holly Molly does she pack a punch! After the first one spun off immediately, I decided to take it easy in case the bolts were weak. Haven’t had to go past mid speed yet. Tires, cranks, anchor bolts, you name it. There’s nothing she can’t handle.
