The Best DeWalt Charger On The Market
This charger is a must have item for anyone with DeWalt 12V/20V/60V tools and batteries. It definitely has the quickest charge times of any charger I have ever used in the past and it charges all DeWalt 12V Max, 20V Max, and 60V Flexvolt batteries. It is very lightweight and can charge 4 batteries simultaneously plus it has twin cooling fans to avoid overheating. It can also attached to any of the Tough System boxes or can be directly screwed to a wall. I would definitely recommend this charger to anyone.

Everything it should be
The key to knowing whether it's right for you is to do a little math. DeWalt ships chargers in 1.25A, 2.0A, 4.0A, 8.0A and there's a 12A charger. Anything greater than 4.0A is considered a Fast Charger and will have a built in fan. This one charges any/all ports at 8.0A. Say you just bought a Lawnmower with two big 12.0ah batteries. That kit comes with two 1.25A chargers. Meaning, it will take about 10 hours to fully recharge both batteries. So, this baby will charge both batteries in about 2 hours. Now, if you're not a contractor or don't have a big yard, maybe overnight is OK. The next charger down the line that will charge the big batteries in less than overnight time is the 4.0A. at $89 retail. 2 of these will cost about the same as the 4 port charger. And the new 12A Fast charger is $119 now. Now, I have 4 charging ports taking up just one outlet. I bought mine before the big price hike, so it made sense - even though I'm not a contractor.

A must have for a cordless jobsite.
With this charger it is not possible for me to come up short on charged battery packs, I have 6 6ah batterys. I trust the DeWalt name from many years working in the field and know that this charger will keep up with the demands I face. it is an excellent unit with internal fan cooling and battery monitoring as well. This is one of the best jobsite investments I have made.

De-Clutter the cords
Somehow over time I ended up with a daisy chained mess of cords and surge protectors. I have 3 Milwaukee, 5 Dewalt, and 4 worx batteries. And each battery had its' own charger, it was a mess. The first step in cleaning out the rats nest was this 4 banger. Which I just found out can also support the 20/60 flex batteries, so getting ready to make that jump as well.

4 port charger
I keep at least 16 5amp batteries in all my trucks. It used to take 95 min to charge 2 batteries. Now it takes 40 min to charge 4. I was thinking of screwing about 3 or 4 doubIe chargers on a 2x6 but not now. I would recommened this product.

Construction Necessity
Dewalt has put in magical gnomes that stir the atmosphere into a space/time continuum that rips the fiber or reality. There is nothing better than placing 4 tired batteries who have put in a long day and they are fully charged before you eat and get out of the shower. Do not buy anything else. I paid 129 for a 2 port regular charger and gave it to a friend for no charge. This is the only charger to ever buy period, hands down, dont even ask for another review, perfect charging system. Even with monster 9 amp hour batteries they still charge before it is time for me to goto bed. I have right at 1800 dollars worth of batteries and can charge them all in 1 night. Edit 2 years 3 months later and it is now 2021 and still working as good as it did the day i plugged it in the first time. I bought in 2018 so this is the perfect gift for anyone who has dewalt tools
